McIver and Co Property Services is a small family run business that started on the Mid North Coast of NSW and has grown to now be also established in Townsville in Northern Queensland. Shane recently married his wife, Naomi and they live in Townsville with there many pets. Shanes vision for the business is to gain customer good will by providing a high level of customer service and to ensure he goes the extra mile to ensure our high standards of quality and professionalism are provided throughout the process. He wants to make it very easy for you and enjoyable from start to finish and provide that “old country values” that he has.
Shane was many years experience working for Councils, Schools and Forestry. He is an experienced excavator operator and tractor operator and “a mechanical genius”. Shane holds qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture and Metal and Engineering. The husband and wife team are located and live in Townsville. They are volunteers at the Rural Fire Service, and St Johns Ambulance Service and value the community of Townsville.
